There is still the question why A. Hatfield on the passenger manifest is listed as 40 years old when his birth date and the 1856 date of the steamship trip should show him as 30 years old. I do not see Mary on the manifest unless the A. Hatfield female listed further down as 35 years old is her. This age also does not agree with her age in 1856.
