We know Ann(a) HATFIELD (my 3g-GM) married Moses SPRINGSTO(U)N (my
3g-GF) on 21 Jan 1804 in Ohio County, KY. Undocumented, secondary
family records show her place of birth as Wayne Co., WV, but no date
is recorded. She died in Oct 1845 at Potosi, Grant, WI. Shortly
after their marriage, Ann(a) moved with her husband to Lincoln Co.,
MO where they raised a family and lived until his death in 1819.
After Moses' died intestate, Ann(a) was appointed Administatrix of
his estate in Lincoln Co., MO on May 10, 1819. An Estate sale was
held on May 29, 1819 and listed among others, Issac HATFIELD is
identified by name on the "Sail Bill" as purchasing "one mans
saddle" and "one large kettle." In 1845, Ann(a) moved to Potosi,
Grant Co., WI most probably with sons Moses and Peter who moved
to Potosi in 1845. She died in Potosi in October 1845 and her
remains were returned to Lincoln Co., MO for burial.
[Steve later corrected the son's name for Moses to Isaac]
